Tomorrow I have to drag my sorry butt back to work.  I don't know where the days went, but they went by way to quick! 
As always, I had planned to do many things over my break, but sadly only accomplished a few. Below you can view some of the items completed during my summer vacation..

What a fun project of which I will try an create another. Now check out Carrie from Carnivale!

Carrie used to work at a Carnivale, but now she is all that is left. Her Aunt started it in the 50's and it did very well traveling throughout the United States. Carrie is created from a hard board box layered with extra special papers. Her clown hat is also made of the same.She wears a leather spiked collar with star anise clasp. On her back you can see some of the Carnivale's memorabilia. Carrie thinks that her aunt has a restless spirit and is always with her. Hence the picture inside the looked door. Everything is special about Carrie but the most amazing thing is that if you turn her head to the front of her body-she lights up! Please check out the pictures and let me know what you think!

Just got back from visiting Cozumel, Mexico and was inspired by their wonderful art to create the above!
I have always loved Frida Kahlo and purchased some postcards of her. The shrine is almost complete and I will add a photo as soon as I am done.

Hopefully someday there will be more, maybe even my daughters might decide to subscribe..HAHA!
Anyway I have so much to add to my site, the store, photography and of course the BLOGGGGGGG (sounds like a foghorn).  My photography will be of cemeteries I have visited, odd and wonderful places like Lizzie Borden's house, old abandoned hospitals, etc.

Just a quick note to let you know, I am here and I have my own place now to blah, blah. Hopefully you will be enchanted with my my ramblings and come back, maybe even leave a comment. 
We could have major discussions about crows, horror, Poe, Halloween, Reggio preschool stuff, ravens, black leopards and whatever you want to share with me. I am a very good listener!
